Cash Anthony is an award-winning, optioned Houston screenwriter and an actor, author, editor, and director/producer for stage and short films. Her short stories featuring Jessie Carr, biker chick/avenging angel (usually aided by retired Texas Ranger Beau Marsberg) have appeared in TFT anthologies Dead and Breakfast, A Box of Texas Chocolates, Twisted Tales of Texas Landmarks, Underground Texas, Deadly Diversions, A Death in Texas, Denizens of the Dark, Menu for Mayhem, Every Beast has a Secret, Chosen by the Writers, Released from Reality, and With Music as our Muse, coming soon. A stand-alone short story appeared in the best-selling anthology, The Stories of She. Her first novel, The Dead Man in Delambre Crater, will be released later this year. She has written seven feature-length screenplays, three short films that she produced and directed, two documentaries, six plays, and a pilot for a TV series. Her non-fiction work includes co-authoring a two-volume reference book with James R. Davis entitled Motorcycle Safety and Dynamics as well as serving as editor-in-chief for The Guide to Texas State Agencies, 5th ed. Cash, who serves as treasurer for The Final Twist, holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from UT School of Law. She resides in Houston.
