Comicpalooza Karaoke
Celebrity karaoke gave Comicpalooza fans the opportunity to perform their favorite hits alongside other attendees. Fans filled the evening with tunes and laughs as they strutted their stuff on stage.
Comicpalooza Fight Club
Fight Club returned, teaming up with Turnip Café and Kaboom! Comics to host epic Rivals of Aether 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournaments in Houston’s largest venue. With 50+ setups, fair payouts, diverse bonuses, and both pre-event and onsite registration, gamers from around the world competed while fans enjoyed casual play, community, and the perfect gaming hangout—thanks to Turnip Café.
Cosplay Contest
Fans cheered on participating cosplayers during the annual Comicpalooza Cosplay Contest and saw incredible costumes of characters they loved—and maybe some that were unexpected as well!
Friday Night Bash
Fans could have stepped into the Matrix and powered up the night at Comicpalooza’s Friday Night Bash! With immersive visuals, electrifying music, and nonstop energy, attendees unplugged from reality and danced deep into the code.
The Kendolls Burlesque Show
The Ken Dolls’ innovative and dynamic burlesque show left audiences in awe with expertly crafted performances that combined singing, martial arts, fire, pole, and aerial arts.
Pokémon-themed Drag Show
Fans were able to attend a high-energy Pokémon-themed drag show celebrating fandom, creativity, and performance at Comicpalooza! Hosted by Houston drag queen Hanna Santanna, this 90-minute spectacle featured dazzling drag performances inspired by iconic Pokémon, plus interactive games and a fun cosplay contest between numbers. Whether fans were Pokémon fans, drag fans, or both, the show delivered bold looks, big energy, and unforgettable entertainment.
Sassterpiece Theatre
Sassterpiece Theatre was excited to return to Comicpalooza for another comedy adventure!
Street Dancer 3rd Strike!
Houston’s top dancers hit the stage at Comicpalooza for a high-energy dance battle hosted by J. Parker. Sixteen dancers formed eight two-person teams and competed through choreography, freestyle, and character-inspired routines that showcased their favorite fandoms and unique styles. The competition followed a bracket format—eight teams in round one, four in round two, and a final head-to-head showdown to crown the champions.
TASW Wrestling
Texas All-Star Wrestling returned! Attendees cheered on their favorite wrestlers as they battled it out for the Comicpalooza Dragon Belt.
TASW Wrestling Meet and Greet
Fans met the wrestlers of Texas All Star Wrestling and got up close with the competitors battling for the Dragon Con Title Belt. Fans took photos, asked questions, and connected with the athletes behind the action in this special meet-and-greet experience celebrating the excitement of live professional wrestling.
13th Floor Haunted House
Fans dared to enter the 13th Floor Haunted House at Comicpalooza! Experienced a spine-chilling walkthrough filled with scares, surprises, and heart-pounding thrills around every corner.
