Comicpalooza Celebrity Karaoke
Celebrity karaoke gives Comicpalooza fans the opportunity to perform their favorite hits alongside other attendees. Fans fill the evening with tunes and laughs as they strut their stuff on stage.
Comicpalooza Fight Club
Returning for the second year in a row, Fight Club is back in collaboration with Turnip Café and Kaboom! Comics. Compete in Rivals of Aether 2 and Smash Ultimate in the biggest venue in Houston, TX and be among national and globally ranked players! Tournaments take place on both Saturday and Sunday with 50+ setups across all games, fair payouts, diverse pot bonuses and incentives. Pre-event registration is encouraged but onsite registration is available if you do not alter seeding as seeding top players will be final two days prior to the event.
Comicpalooza Party
Step into a neon-soaked night where fandoms collide and the beats never stop! Join us for an electrifying party powered by DJs spinning your favorite tracks. Dance, connect, and celebrate all things geek in a high-energy, immersive atmosphere that lights up the night.
DnD "Shooting Gallery"
Adventurers are needed! Due to a shortage of skilled adventurers, the D&D training program is in session.
Itasha Showdown: A Car Runway Experience
The coolest cars on the block return to Comicpalooza! Themed with beloved anime and other pop-culture fandoms, this sight is one to see. And back again this year, check out specialty-designed Houston classic Low Riders!
Roundtables
Fans can join a roundtable and share in-depth discussions with fellow fans. Some of our roundtable topics include Science Fiction, Horror and Thriller, and more.
The Star Wars Alliance
The Star Wars Alliance is a group of Star Wars-centered fan groups who believe in three pillars: to promote interest in Star Wars, to facilitate the use of costumes, and to contribute to the community as a whole.
Trivia Events
Attendees can test their fandom knowledge in one of our many trivia sessions, including One Piece Trivia, Harry Potter-Themed Pub Trivia, and more.
Workshops
Attendees can receive hands-on experience in one of our many workshops available during show weekend, including How to Draw Manga Better than the Books, Portfolio Reviews with a Comic Editor, and more.
