A.P. Hawkins is a biologist turned speculative fiction author and editor based in Houston, Texas. Her short fiction has appeared in Analog Science Fiction and Fact and several small press anthologies, most recently The Librarian from Air and Nothingness Press. A.P. is a cohost of Writers Lunch, a weekly online workshop covering topics ranging from worldbuilding to querying andmore. She’s also a co-founder of Tomeworks, an editing collective dedicated to helping genre authors build better books. When she’s not writing, A.P. enjoys gaming, crafting, and spending time outdoors.
