Marcus Chong

Marcus Chong began as a child actor in Roots: The Next Generations as ‘Frankie Warner.’ He then went on to work on Little House on the Prairie, starring Michael Landon. As a young adult, he appeared on Broadway in Stand Up Tragedy, and won a Theater World Award. In film, he debuted in Jeff Bridges's American Heart about street kids in Seattle. He went on to perform in Panther, written and directed by Melvin Van Peebles where he portrayed ‘Huey P. Newton’, founder of the Black Panthers. Chong then went on to play ‘Tank’ in the hit blockbuster film The Matrix. His additional credits include Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent, The Crow: Wicked Prayer, Numb3rs and Not 4 Sale.
